ARE YOU REGISTERED TO VOTE?

GREAT!  HOW ABOUT YOUR FRIENDS?

If you know someone who is not registered to vote, sign them up!  In Alabama, you are required to register 10 days, down to the exact hour, before the election in order to participate. 

The State of Alabama website is currently being redesigned, and its links to information and application forms don't always work.

HOWEVER,

You can get an application at http://www.rockthevote.com.  It's the national voter registration form, but it will tailor itself for the state.  Fill out the form electronically, then print it.  If you're in Montgomery, you can hand deliver the form to the capital building and have it process that much faster.  If you're not in Montgomery, once the person registers, take the form and mail it yourself.  They might not mail it on their own.
